    Starting date: Tuesday—September 23rd at 7:00 PM. The weekly Saint Anthony’s Christian Meditation group will meet again! Pre-recorded 10 minute talk by Benedictines Fr. John Main or Fr.     Holy Saturday April 4th @ 11:00 AM Location Foyer All parishioners are welcome to join us for this tradition, full of beautiful catholic symbolism.  What to put in the basket?  Eggs — symbol of Jesus’ tomb, representing His Resurrection. Meat — symbol of Jesus as The Lamb of God. Bread — reminds us that Jesus is The Bread of Life.  Salt — reminds us that we are The Salt of the Earth.  Oil and vinegar — symbol of the Passion of Christ and the bitter of Passover.  Wine — symbol of the Blood of the Lord.  A white candle — symbol of the Light of the World.  Lastly, the basket is covered with white linen, symbolizing the shroud in which Christ’s body was wrapped.

    Pick Up : Saturday, March 7th @ 1:00 - 1:30 PM Where : Parish Parking Lot Donations on second-hand men’s clothing in good conditions will be greatly appreciated, new socks and underwear, as well as sandwiches, baked goods and cookies. St. Anthony’s CWL will be giving a bursary to one student graduating from St. Anthony’s School and one student from PREP. The student must be a parishioner of St. Anthony’s Parish.
