    DATE: EVERY WEDNESDAY, TIME: 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM WHERE: St Anthony's Parish West Vancouver Attention all families with children in Grades 2 to 7, attending non-Catholic schools!  The goal of PREP is to assist parents in the religious education of children in grades 2—9 attending non-Catholic schools to help them grow in their faith, and to prepare them to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist in Grade 2, Confirmation in Grade 7.     Jubilee of Hope : Christian Witness To The Gospel

    Friday October 17th @ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Location : St. Mark's College. 5965 Iona Dr Vancouver BC V6T1J7 This event is cohosted by the Western Diocesan & Eparchial Coordinators of Ecumenism (WDECE) and St. Mark’s Centre for Christian Engagement. WDECE serves the Assembly of Western Catholic Bishops responsible for ecumenical and inter-religious affairs within their respective Western Canadian diocese and eparchies. The Centre for Christian Engagement at St. Mark’s College seeks to learn from other religious traditions through dialogue. You will listen and share with the following ecumenical panelists. Archdeacon Rob James (Anglican Church in Canada, Diocese of New Westminster), Rev. Matthew Senf (Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, B.C. Synod), Rev. Matthew Francis (Orthodox Church in America), Pastor David Koop (Coastal Church in Vancouver), Dean Kurpjuweit (President of Union Gospel Mission), Fr.     Birthright of Vancouver is in need of daytime office volunteers who can speak with women facing unplanned pregnancies. Are you available 3 hours a week, between 10 AM - 4 PM ? Are you a good listener, able to make a regular commitment, and someone who is positive and compassionate?     14th Annual Archbishop’s Dinner

    Join Archbishop Richard Smith on Wednesday, October 22nd at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for the 14THAnnual Archbishop’s Dinner. This evening will bring together Catholics from across the Archdiocese to celebrate our faith and share in fellowship.     Religious Items from Belarus

    FRIDAY, NOV 7 After 6:30 PM Mass @ Parish Vestibule We invite you to see and purchase handmade religious articles made by our Sisters of St. Elisabeth Convent (Belarus), such as crucifixes, wood carvings, embroidered and ceramic gifts, rosaries, vestments, and other souvenirs.  Sisterhood of St. Elisabeth take care of mentally challenged children and adults. These patients need constant support owing to the fact that their illnesses make it impossible for them to adapt socially. Your support will help with the current Convent’s construction and its charitable work.
